Verde International, LLC was formed in 2006 to bring objective analytics and decision systems to financial institutions (and the partners that serve them) in markets worldwide. Developed and developing, reached and unreached.

Our performance stacks up with anyone’s, but what sets Verde apart is urgency and pragmatism from decades of owning bank and financial-services P&Ls. We've been in your shoes, and we've lived your challenges. Our management team has underwritten $1.5T in credit, managed profitability and growth of some of the world’s largest portfolios, facilitated countless startups and turnarounds, and shaped the industry with decades of ground-breaking innovations in finance, credit policy, economics, risk management, process automation, and advanced decision science.

Commercially, Verde emphasizes regional and larger banks (typically $1B+ in assets) and global institutions looking to adopt modern decisioning and deep integration. We also continue long-standing partnerships with development finance institutions and lenders in developing economies, where reach, inclusion, and local impact remain central. That work may not always be our most profitable, but it's critically core to our mission.

Patrick Reily

Founder & CEO

Since 2006

Pat launched Verde International in 2006. He is a 35-year financial services veteran, having served in executive and P&L ownership roles with some of the largest US and multinational financial institutions and credit bureaus.

Pat's expertise includes business startup and turnaround, credit risk and underwriting, marketing science, M&A, automated decision systems, financial performance and regional economics.

Since the late 1980s, Pat has led the use of unstructured and transactional data for predictive modeling in applications for underwriting, utilization, retention, optimization, offer management, cross-selling, customer service and fraud prevention. His work has been used to predict macroeconomic expansion and contraction by the Federal Reserve, and he has been a regular speaker and thought leader with the World Bank, IMF, and G20 for more than a decade.
